Warranty Information

Limited warranties on select used parts. Coverage is part-specific — always confirm at time of purchase.

1.1

General Warranty Terms

London Auto Sales and Salvage LLC (LAS: Parts Department) provides a limited warranty on select used parts for 30 days from the date of purchase. At our discretion, we will provide a replacement part or a refund in accordance with the guidelines below.

Return Policy

All returns must include the original sales receipt

No refunds after 30 days

Refunds are issued by company check

Parts returned for reasons other than defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Warranty is Void If:

The part is altered, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or negligence

The identifying LAS marking or tag is missing

The part is improperly installed

LAS is NOT responsible for buyer installation errors or misdiagnosis. LAS is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages — including labor, towing, loss of income, or any other associated costs.

Non-Returnable / "As-Is" Items

The following parts are sold as-is with no warranty:

Body, body panels, and sheet-metal components

Glass

Sensors, computers, control modules, and most electronic components

Engine Warranty — 30 Day Limited

LAS:PD guarantees that the engine will start, run, and maintain oil pressure.

Coverage

Replacement engine or refund of the engine purchase price if the engine fails upon proper installation

Not Covered

Labor and installation costs

Parts external to the engine block (intake, exhaust, alternator, starter, etc.) — included for installer convenience only

Damage inflicted by user negligence

2.1

Transmission Warranty — 30 Day Limited

LAS:PD guarantees the transmission will engage and pull under proper installation.

Coverage

Replacement transmission or refund of the transmission purchase price if it faults during installation or normal operation within 30 days

Not Covered

Labor and installation costs

Transmission coolers, lines, sensors, solenoids, external electronics

Failure due to improper fluid levels or contamination

Damage inflicted by user negligence

2.2

Electrical Parts Warranty

Starters & Alternators — guaranteed to work properly for 30 days

A/C Compressors — 30 day warranty with proof of professional installation and system recharge

No warranty on sensors, computers, control modules, or any other electrical component

2.3

Wheel & Tire Warranty — 30 Day Limited

Warranty applies only to the wheel or tire (or package) purchased — not to labor, balancing, mounting, or related services.

Coverage

Wheels — structural cracks found to be present at the time of installation

Wheels — bent wheels found to be present at the time of installation
